I’m subletting my bedroom in a 2BR/1BA apartment from December 18 to January 17 (dates flexible). Utilities are included in the price.

The room comes fully furnished with a single bed, closet, and a complete office setup (desk, monitor, mouse and board). The apartment gets great natural light, including skylights in the common area and bathroom. You’re welcome to use our kitchenware, towels, and sheets. All appliances are new.

The apartment is in a quiet four-unit building on the second floor of a walk-up, located directly above the Beverly Rd (2/5) subway station. It’s about 30 minutes to Lower Manhattan, a 30-minute walk to Prospect Park, and there are laundromats and groceries right downstairs.

Short-term stays, holiday dates, and rent are negotiable.

They’re a costume design apprentice who’s quiet, respectful, creative, and often busy with full-time work plus some evening and weekend projects. Very considerate and easy to live with, they like to spend their free time doing crafts.

I’m a filmmaker and graduate student heading home for the holidays. My room is tidy and cozy, with books, records, and a small sound system you’re welcome to use.
