This is a large, spacious studio in the heart of Greenwich village, located 3 blocks away from the W 4 St-Washington Sq subway station and a 5 minute walk to both Soho and the West Village. It's a near everything you would want access to: restaurants, drinks, shopping, trader joes, etc)

It's a small walk-up building, with a limited number of units and 1 flight of stairs to get to the studio unit.

The unit itself is fully furnished with a bed, couch, desk, kitchen (with everything you would need), internet, TV (netflix, etc), and large closet. A washer/dryer is not in the unit but there is a great wash and fold/laundromat nearby. Everything you see in the photos can be yours to use.

I love this apartment for it's huge windows, which provide a ton of natural light and makes the apartment feel spacious.

Because it will be furnished and I take pride in the things I own, I'm looking for someone that would want to care for the place as if it were their own.

My lease ends on Feb. 14th so there could be potential for a lease take over if interested.

Applicants looking to stay longer will get priority. 2 week minimum preferred.
