Hi! I’m the current tenant of the apartment and a structural engineer based in NYC. I’m heading out on a trip from April 21 to April 30thand I’m looking to sublet my home while I’m away.

A bit about me: I love yoga, pilates, cycling, and art. I’ve tried to make my apartment feel like a calm and cozy retreat, and I hope it feels like a home for you during your stay.

I’m not a neat freak, but definitely not a slob either—I keep things tidy and functional. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival, so everything will be fresh and ready for you to settle in.

I do have a cat who normally lives here with me, but he won’t be in the apartment while it’s rented out (and neither will I!). There are also fake plants throughout the space, so no need to worry about watering anything!
