About This Lister

We’re Barbara and David—Barbara is a facialist, and David is an artist and musician. We’re the property managers and live in the ADU at the back of the property.

We keep things calm and peaceful here—this isn’t a party house—and really value a respectful, easygoing living environment.

We have a great relationship with the owners/landlord and neighbors, and the property has a thoughtful, considerate feel that we genuinely care about maintaining. We’re both naturally tidy and take pride in keeping the space clean and well cared for.

We’re looking for someone responsible and respectful, ideally someone who appreciates a calm, well-designed home.
