Being walking distance to Hoover, Virgil, Sunset and Silverlake Blvds means you can stroll to some of LA's best restaurants and nightlife, spend Saturday at the farmers market, and run to the new Target for essentials. Close access to the 101 makes getting to the valley or downtown a breeze. Our previous tenants were a family who enjoyed nearby Bellevue park.

We're a creative couple with a young child. We work from home and this is our only property, so we are as attentive as you need us to be. Our current tenants are moving to another state, but have been very happy with us. We love this space and want to find another tenant who will enjoy it as much as we have!

1 year minimum lease (some potential for price flexibility on 2+ year lease). First month + deposit at signing. HOA fees and water included. Tenant pays cable, electric, gas. Some exterior gardening is included, patio gardening is tenant's responsibility. Landlord covers normal wear and tear including yearly HVAC maintenance, tenant covers repairs that are their responsibility. No smoking of any kind indoors, please keep it to the patio.
