I’m subletting my spacious, bright charming home on the Silver Lake / Echo Park border for the month of February while I’m traveling for work.

The home is a standalone 1 bedroom + office, with a comfortable living room, big dining table, full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in dining nook. It’s calm, thoughtfully furnished, and ideal for someone who works remotely or wants a peaceful, well-kept space to land for a month.

There’s a private backyard and side yard for sunny morning coffee or evenings at home, plus one dedicated parking space and ample street parking. The neighborhood centrally located and extremely walkable, close to great restaurants and bars, with easy access to both Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Downtown, Chinatown, Frogtown East Hollywood and Atwater. You can easily walk to Sunset Blvd, Silverlake Blvd, Echo Park and the Reservoir!

I’m looking for one person or couple who is respectful, responsible, and will treat the home with care while I’m away. This is a lived-in, well-loved home with warm energy.
