I’m subletting my spacious, bright charming standalone home on the Silver Lake / Echo Park border for the month of February while I'll be away for work.

The house is 1 bedroom with a comfortable spacious living room, big dining table, bathroom with bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in dining nook. There is also a full private backyard and side yard full of morning and afternoon sun for spending time or working outdoors. There is ample street parking and also a parking space too! It’s calm, thoughtfully furnished, and ideal for someone who works remotely or wants a peaceful, well-kept space to land for a month while they spend time in LA.

The neighborhood is centrally located and extremely walkable, close to many great restaurants and bars. I'm happy to send many recommendations your way! 3 blocks off Sunset Blvd, you can walk around Silverlake and walk to Echo Park easy. Quick driving access to Los Feliz, Downtown, Chinatown, Frogtown, East Hollywood and Atwater.

I’m looking for one person or couple who is respectful, responsible, and will treat the home with care while I’m away. This is a lived-in, well-loved home with warm peaceful energy.
