I'll be out for a couple months and would love for someone to feed my plant babies. It's a 1 bedroom apartment with a patio overlooking sunset blvd with a lovely sunset view.

This is one of the most walkable apartments in Los Angeles, without exaggeration. You're a 2-10 minute walk from Bar Stella, Bar 4100, The Black Cat, Bar Seco, Santo Sushi, Kombu Sushi, Win-Dow Burgers, 49 Taps, Intelligentsia Coffee, La Colombe, Pine and Crane, Millie's Cafe, Bacardi, Dinasour coffee, Akbar, Vista Theater, Erewhon, Jellyman, Mohawk General, Sweet Green, Tartine. It's actually nuts, this place is popping and you never have to drive.

It's a 1 minute walk to the bus station which can take you up and down Sunset Blvd.

The bedroom faces away from the blvd so it's completely silent in the evenings.

Kitchen has an oven, a small convection oven / microwave, toaster, espresso machine, rice cooker, crock pot, air fryer. Fridge has a functional water and ice dispenser. Internet is 1Gb/s.

My surfboard is my baby so if you want to use it I need a deposit to cover the replacement cost if damaged or destroyed. Otherwise please keep it as a wall decoration.

The apartment complex has dumpsters downstairs and washing and drying facilities. Though I tend to use Sunset Laundry for my laundry as they are super cheap and the nicest guys you will ever meet.

About This Lister

I work from home normally so I make the space feel very homely. Lots of little decorations here and there. It's an old apartment building so it's got a bit of a rustic feel that I like to lean into.

I like my place clean. Disorganization or clutter, as you wish, just return back to the initial layout of the space. I'm ready to invest a few hours cleaning and organizing my place but if it's a multi-day affair to get it back to normal then that's a little different.

I've been at this spot for a couple years and the property manager is the sweetest there is. Super understanding and allows you to do whatever you want as long as you respect her golden rule "Con respeto, puedes hacer todo" -- "With respect, you can do anything".

I may be in town to show the space, if not I have a friend who can give you a tour. I can also do virtual tours on facetime. Either way I'll help you get set up!

Pets Policy

Pet deposit of $500 required to repair any damage that may be incurred.
