My *very* charming and sunny home is a fully-detached two-bedroom bungalow on a short, quiet street in Silverlake, near Benton Way and Berekeley Street.

There are two bedrooms: one with a new, custom-made cherrywood bed (and an organic latex king-sized mattress) and the second with a twin bed. The house is surrounded by a garden that I've cultivated for 6 years. There are fruit trees, cacti, and dozens of orchids, as well as more lemons than you'll know what to do with.

This has been my primary home for 8 years so everything you need for a short stay in this incredible neighbourhood is here- kitchen utensils, bedsheets, glassware, etc.

There is always ample street parking because there are no restrictions on this street.

It's walking distance from both the Silverlake Reservoir and Echo Park Lake. You'll be a stone's throw from all the bars & restaurants & coffeeshops & stores that make this such a sough-after area. That being said, the house is far enough above Sunset Boulevard that it's dead quiet all day long.
