After 24 years in New York, I'm taking the leap and exploring locations for my future home. Italy is one of my most favorite places, specifically Rome. I am a writer and a mental health coach, so I work remotely.

I have two small pugs (aka "carlini in Italiano) who have traveled to Rome with me previously.

I am seeking an apartment in the center of Rome, ideally for all three months (November, December, and January), though I am open to splitting up my stay into two different apartments.

I am also open to renting in other major cities in Italy (Milan, Florence, etc.).

I have used the listing projects many times previously as a home owner and had great experiences with my tenants. I can provide references from Airbnb hosts and landlords.
