Welcome to Skunks Misery Farm! My 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house on 50 acres is available for rent during the middle of August. You may recognize the place from "Things Heard and Seen" on Netflix (don't worry it isn't actually haunted). The farm has an extremely peaceful setting on an isolated road in the best part of the Hudson Valley, just a couple of miles from the Harlem Valley Rail Trail and the beautiful towns of Millerton, Amenia, and Pine Plains. While a car is certainly convenient, the Wassaic stop on Metro North is around 10 miles away down the rail trail if you'd rather rely on public transit and two wheels.

Your stay includes a small flock of ducks that will be cared for by a neighbor. You're welcome to any eggs! Note also for allergy purposes that one cat and one dog spend some time in the house.
