It's a one bedroom, with doorman, package room, gym in building, club level, and business center with an unobstructured view of Manhattan.

I work remotely and will be traveling out of the country during these times but I love this apartment; you can watch the ferries from the water, enjoy a sunset over the cityscape every night, and use the club level as a coworking space with a full skyline view of Manhattan.
