You'll love all the charming features like the cute pink exterior, original hardwood floors, exposed brick dual-side fireplace, modern stainless steel appliances, high ceilings painted "piano green", and sleek butcher-block style countertop. You'll sleep in a custom-made wooden Queen-sized bed with ample closet space.

Central air makes the place like and ice box, if that's your thing, and I have a washer and line dry combo a-la Euro style.

You can stroll to the levee in a few minutes and sit alongside the Mississippi to watch the sun set or take an Uber/drive to the Bywater, Faubourg Marigny and world-famous French Quarter in under 5 minutes.
