Perfectly located between the L at Bedford and the L/G at Metropolitan, with the J/M trains just a 10-minute walk away. This elevated first-floor unit requires only a few steps to enter the building.

The living room’s southeast-facing windows let in great natural light- plants have always been happy here. One bedroom faces the street, while the other overlooks a large building shaftway. Both bedrooms fit a full-size bed and dresser, and each has its own single-door closet.

The kitchen features a gas range and microwave. The bathroom is an open-concept shower (no tub). Heat and hot water are included and utilities are historically very low. While there’s no washer/dryer on-site, there’s a 24-hour laundromat nearby, and I’m happy to recommend a reliable wash-and-fold service.

Optional furnishings include two full-size beds, two dressers, a living room couch, a smart TV, and a dining table with two chairs.

This quiet, pre-war building is low-key and conveniently located—some of the best pizza in Williamsburg is right across the street.

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.
