Hi!
I'm looking to sublet this one bedroom apartment, since I'm moving into a new apartment early so it'll be available for the rest of the year.
The apartment is incredibly charming - located on the Upper West Side in the 60s, one block away from Central Park. It's a one bedroom, but the bedroom is quaint with a double bed, so this apartment would be best for one person. 2nd floor walkup, and the best feature of the place is that you have your own private balcony.
All of the furniture will still be here, but the dresser and closest will be empty and available for you to use. Towels, sheets, dishes, etc are all provided but let me know if you have any specific questions. No laundry in the building. No pets, and ideally only one person, although it could work for a couple as well. This is a super quiet building so that's of utmost importance too.
Move-in can be anytime between November 10 - 13th. Rent would be pro-rated for that month, and then $2800 for December. There is the potential to stay through January too, but nothing beyond that unfortunately!
If you're interested, please respond with a little bit about yourself and we can set up a time for you to come check the place out.
Thanks!
I was planning on staying through the end of December, but my new apartment was ready early, so wanted to share in case anyone else is looking for a temporary sublet!
Sub-lease agreement.
