Hi!

I'm looking to sublet this my bedroom apartment. I'll be spending a few months in Asbury Park, so I'll still be close by, but my apartment will be available!

The apartment is incredibly charming - located on the Upper West Side in the 60s, one block away from Central Park. It's a one bedroom, but the bedroom is quaint with a double bed, so this apartment is best for one person.

All of the furniture will still be here, but the dresser and closest will be empty and available for you to use. Towels, sheets, dishes, etc are all provided but let me know if you have any specific questions. No laundry in the building. No pets. This is a super quiet building so that's of utmost importance too.

The unit is on the 2nd floor (one flight of stairs walkup building) and there is a private balcony for the apartment too! One note is that in March / April, there will be some scaffolding installed, but it will be above the door so you'll still be able to fully access the terrace.

Just one note: I'm looking for someone who is able to sublet it for the entire timeframe instead of just one or two months.
