A talented carpenter created the studio with care this winter and sound proofed the walls with insulation to ensure it's a quiet.

You'd be welcome to use larger work area so long as you clean up and that your things live in your space.

Utilites, wifi, insurance, overhead storage, and kitchentte all included in the deal.

The floor (2nd FL) is made up of 12+ artists and 2 boutique businesses; a soap maker and wood shop.

About This Lister

My name is Jessica, I am a painter, mixed media artist, horticulturist, and meditator. My oil painting practice is non-toxic, no odors, I use walnut oil as my medium. I've been working in this studio since 2011. I am very quiet (pretty much silent) and listen to music and podcasts only on my headphones (I would ask the same of you). I will be in graduate school for the Fall of 2026 and so will not be around except maybe on a weekend here or there to pick up supplies.
