High speed Internet and utilities all included. Heated floors, and ductless a/c. Bed and storage wardrobe are part of the unit (must stay in apartment).
There is no laundry in building,
5 mins walk from F subway, easy walk to water/ promenade. Carrol Gardens, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, and Dumbo all walking distance. Endless amounts of charming independent shops, bookstores, cafes and restaurants (Cafe Kitsune, Anais, and Rucola are very near the apartment).
Small pet would be considered.
