This space is private though I walk through it to access my studio, however, I will be out of town at graduate school August 20-Dec 20. If I plan to stop through I would text you a head's up. And there may be a few weekends this fall that I'll be using my studio (tbd).

A talented carpenter created the studio with care this winter and sound proofed the walls to ensure it's a quiet and private workspace.

Use of the larger windowed work area (my studio) is permitted on occassion if scheduled ahead of time and given permission.

Utilites, wifi, insurance, overhead loft storage space (pls inquire), kitchenette all included in the deal.

The floor (2nd FL) is made up of 12+ artists and 2 boutique businesses; a soap maker and wood shop as well as Trestle Artspace artists; all quiet and considerate crafts people/artists.

My name is Jessica, I am a painter, mixed media artist, horticulturist, and meditator. My oil painting practice is non-toxic, no odors, I use walnut oil as my medium. I've been working in this studio since 2011. I am very quiet (pretty much silent) and listen to music and podcasts only on my headphones (I would ask the same of you). I will be in graduate school for the Fall and spring of 2025/26 and so will not be around except maybe on a weekend here or there.
