3 Floors:
• Top: Queen bed, full bath, washer/dryer, kitchen, living room with 120” projector screen
• Middle: Cal king bed, skylights, bathroom, second living room
• Bottom: Creative workspace, office, studio, dedicated workspace with desks and monitors
The middle floor of the loft is accessible from ground floor (street level). The top floor of the loft (2nd floor) is accessible via elevator. All 3 floors of the loft are connected inside the apartment via stairs.
Washer and dryer in unit.
This rental rate includes cleaning.
About This Lister
We moved to NYC from Europe, we live and work here on impact driven business. We run our company out of the workspace in the basement.
