I truly love this apartment in the colder months. The light is beautiful and steady throughout the day and there is something really grounding about having this much space in Brooklyn. It is the kind of place where you can actually exhale after being out in the city. Around the corner there are two brownstones that go all out with holiday lights and it brings a big dose of joy to the block.

The Space
The bedroom is large with a king size bed that is very comfortable. Great Linen sheets. The living room gets warm afternoon sun and has plenty of room to stretch out, read, work or watch a movie. The apartment has an easy, chill energy and is ideal for someone who wants a peaceful winter home base.

The Neighborhood
This part of Sunset Park is one of the most charming areas of South Brooklyn. It is quiet and historic with tree lined blocks and beautiful brownstones, yet still very connected to the rest of the city. The R, N, and D trains are an easy walk and get you into Manhattan quickly. Sunset Park itself is close by and the local coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants add a lot of character. The Chinatown stretch has amazing food and Greenwood Cemetery is one of the most peaceful places in Brooklyn for long walks.

It is a bright, comfortable apartment on a great block. If you want a cozy winter place with real neighborhood charm and plenty of space, this is a lovely spot to land.
