My name is Chuck, I’m 32 and own my business as an arborist in the Portland area. I currently live in the apartment with my partner.

We are subletting the apartment, but moving into the main house attached to the apartment for 6 months while the owner is away. We are in charge of subletting our apartment and finding a suitable tenant.

We will still be living onsite in the attached house. I will be the contact person for any tenants, showings, etc. We have a very close relationship with our landlord who usually lives in the house.
