I'm a documentary filmmaker looking to share a newly renovated office with a few people whose work style complements my own. There is currently one other film editor and a software designer sharing the office with me. Our days are mostly quiet with occasional, fairly infrequent calls or meetings. That said, I'm open to chatting with anyone interested to see if our work rhythms align. I'd love to make the space work for anyone who wishes to be here.
The office is bright and spacious, featuring exposed brick ceilings, hardwood floors, oversized windows, high-speed internet, and a brand-new HVAC system. The building offers a shared kitchen (with other tenants on the floor), fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Conference rooms are available for rent as needed. The space is highly secure, with a two-door, key-fob entry system.
I have a friendly soft-coated wheaten terrier who's in the office from time to time. Dogs are more than welcome as long as all tenants approve.
Details:
- $600/month + $35 monthly cleaning fee
- 550 sq ft office
- 8 month minimum commitment (month-to-month option available on a case by case basis)
- One block from the F train in DUMBO
I'm the current tenant and leaseholder. I'll be showing it myself and handle all onsite needs. I'm a documentary filmmaker and use the space to edit and store equipment.
