Well located in Williamsburg, 4min walk to L/G Train (Lorimer St/ Metropolitan Ave) and 5 min walk to McCarren Park. Plenty options for restaurants, bars, supermarkets, laundromats nearby.

I (he/him) am an Australian architect in my mid 30s and have lived here for about 6 years and really love the apartment. I'm looking for someone responsible to look after my space whilst I'm gone. I like to keep a clean, tidy and calm environment at home, and tend to do my socializing outside the apartment. Its a quiet building and I would like to respect that, so no guests please. It is an old building but the landlord takes care of it and there are never any major issues. I have friends that live in the building that can assist if anything comes up.
