Large bedroom on the back of the building overlooking garden. Kitchen and dining table area. Decent sized living room with a small attached alcove office. Stoop entrance, apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Fully furnished apartment (incl. Yoga mat and exercise ball!) but no dishwasher or washer/dryer in unit (launderette is very close). Sonos speakers in every room. Will be emptying out wardrobe so there is space for clothes, etc, but free use of everything else in the apartment.

All utilities, and access to streaming platforms, will be included.

6 minute walk to the Clinton-Washington station (C) or 10 minutes walk to Classon Ave station (G).

Very walkable area, quiet street but close to action. V close to some great bars (Hartley's and Smor is less than a minute walk), restaurants and grocery stores (there are 5 within a 7 minute walk).

Relatively flexible on dates, just let me know in your response.

I'm Laurence, a Brit who has been in NYC for just under a decade. I have been the current long term subletter of this apartment for over a year and have loved the apartment and area. The majority of the furniture is from the original tenants, who will be returning next year - as such I am keen to keep everything as I found it, and would hope the same from any subletters.

I will be away while the apartment is available (but able to show the apartment before leaving) but am close with the downstairs neighbors.
