I'm looking for someone clean, responsible, considerate, and chill to sublet my apartment while I am out of town for family obligations.

This is a super spacious and quiet 1 bedroom apartment. Clean, minimal vibe with exposed brick detail and hardwood floors. On third floor of a maintained pre-war apartment building. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and feel at home, plus modern appliances + dishwasher. Queen size bed (bath linens + bedding provided). Large couch for lounging and TV with most streaming services. Dining table that seats 4 or can be used as work station (monitor + printer available). No W/D, but laundromat is located at end of block.

Quick walk to beautiful Prospect Park! Brooklyn Museum is across the street, along with the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and Mount Prospect Park. Great Farmer's Market every Saturday morning at Grand Army Plaza (5min walk). Close to Washington Ave, Franklin St, Flatbush, and Vanderbilt Ave for restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and bars. Happy to share all of my favorite spots.
