I am subletting my apt from October 1st to end of January, dates flexible however I am looking for someone that would rent it for most of the period. The apt its on the ground floor, has one bedroom and spacious living room and kitchen connected. Large private backyard. The apt its fully furnished , kitchen well stocked for cooking. Super comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows.
It its located one block from Domino park, and 10 minutes walk from Subway , either the L train on Bedford avenue or the J/M train at Marcy ave station. The first stop it in Manhattan for any train. Location its amazing, you are literally in the best areas you can stay in NYC.
This is my apt so I am looking for someone responsible that will take good care of the apt.
