I'm subletting my one bedroom apartment in Sunnyside/LIC (Queens) from December 2 - December 31. It's located at 44th St and Queens Blvd, right off the 7 train and near lots of great food and cafe options. Quiet neighborhood, groceries and laundry within a block, farmers market on Saturdays.

The apartment has a workspace in the bedroom with a monitor & external keyboard/mouse. Comfortable, queen-size Tuft & Needle mattress. Fast internet connection (300mbps, Verizon fios). Well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Beautiful morning light, and every room has windows.
Unfortunately, heating is centrally regulated, no individual control in the apartment.

The apartment is on the fourth floor (top floor) and is only accessible by stairs (no elevator in the building).
