Our large, 800 sq. ft. 1-bedroom apartment is available for short-term rentals while we travel for work. Located in a secure, gated community in Ocean Park, the apartment is on the top floor (one flight of stairs, no elevator). All utilities and Wi-Fi are included.
The location is unbeatable: situated in a fantastic neighborhood right across the street from Los Amigos Park. You will be within walking distance of the area's best restaurants and bars, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk away.
Pet's are ok with prior communication about them.
About This Lister
My husband and I live here, where we co-run a wellness brand together. We share our home with our two sweet dogs. We absolutely love our neighborhood and are so excited to share our space with someone who will treat it like their own.
We travel often for work and like to list our unit when we're gone. Our pups travel with us!
