I'm renting out the apartment that I've lived in for the past few years. I really loved every square foot of it, but we have outgrown its size.

It's a spacious one-bedroom apartment in Boerum Hill/Downtown Brooklyn. Within 10 minute walk, you can get to: subway line A/C/R/F/G/2/3/4/5, Trader Joe's, Target, asian grocery stores, numerous good restaurants. And it's literally next-door to some of the cutest brownstone blocks I've seen in Brooklyn.

The building offers tons of amenities: elevators, 24-hour doormen who remember and greet every resident in the building, live-in super, in-building laundry and gym, trash chute, a spacious lounge and a shared outdoor terrace. The board regularly organizes events for residents to connect, especially families with young children. I think because the building is not too big like the skyscrapers, it still feels like living in a close-knit community while enjoying the modern amenities.

The apartment itself is located on the top floor of the building so no upstairs neighbors. It has two south-facing windows for natural light. It also comes with dishwasher, garbage disposal, black-out curtains, AC and central heating, and bathroom floor-heating. In addition to two built-in closets, I have bought a full-featured Pax wardrobe that I'll leave for you to use, too.

The only drawback of the apartment, and why I'm pricing it lower than market rate, is that the building is facing an active construction site, which can get noisy during day time.

I'd like to rent it out asap, but open to suggestions of specific dates. Price covers water, heat, and wifi.
