I have called this apartment home for 10 years and last year moved to a small house a 15 minute walk down the street in Ridgewood with my partner. She and I have a 7 month old baby.
I grew up in France and lived on the west coast many years before moving to NYC for graduate school. I am a GM at a technology company based in Amsterdam.

2. First month’s rent with a $1250 security deposit. If signing through the condo board, application fees will be involved, but I am open to not involving the condo for approvals to expedite the process and save on fees.
