Located in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, this super-spacious, railroad-style 1BR apartment has a full living room, dedicated dining space and separate office great for folks WFH. There’s good natural light, two in-unit A/Cs, high-speed wifi, fully-equipped kitchen and a queen size bed that puts you right to sleep.

—Building—

On top of a 3-floor walkup, our building is quiet with only 5 other units.

—Neighborhood—

A block away from 2 & 5 lines and a short walk to the Q line—the apartment is not only well connected, but near Prospect Park (10 mins) and some solid restaurants, coffee shops and bars around. Laundromat is right across the street with two grocery stores within short walking distance.

—You!—

We put lots of love and attention into our place, so we're looking for someone who can enjoy the space while treating it with care and respect. Our ideal subletter is clean/tidy, responsible and a good communicator who will honor our shoes-off policy (you never know what tracks in from these NY streets).

Rent includes utilities + internet.

About This Lister

Hi, my name is Michael and I'm a creative strategist in advertising—you'll either find me in the kitchen or outside enjoying the sun! Would describe myself as super active, tidy and goofy.

My partner Blaise is a journalist in the tech space, big on books and gaming. He's easy-going, funny, also v tidy and great behind the bar.

We've called this apartment home for close to six years and have taken our time to style it to its current charm—it's been a passion project that we're super proud of (and still ongoing).

We will be traveling for a friend's wedding and some vacation time.
