1 BR, top-floor apt. in Brooklyn Heights, recently renovated, on a nice block across the street from a big park. Lots of sunlight. I'll be in Mexico for the duration - looking for a nice, responsible person to enjoy the apartment.

The Promenade, Brooklyn Bridge, and Dumbo are all a short walk away. The promenade has spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline and east river, and is 4 blocks away. Great coffee, bakeries, and restaurants in the surrounding blocks.

WiFi. Full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room on same floor in building. Good, working air conditioning window unit. Nice sound system for listening and Roku you can use! Queen bed in the bedroom.

Nice and quiet: it's on the top floor, and I've never any heard noise from either of the neighbors to the sides (walls are concrete).

Building has a staffed front desk in the lobby.
