The unit has a view of Manhattan from both the living room and bedroom, hardwood floors throughout with an open layout and a view of the sunset in the evenings. The space is clean & minimal and the building is on a tree lined street. I'm looking to sublet to an individual or a couple who are quiet and clean, maybe someone who is visiting for work or looking to spend some time in BK and want to explore the neighborhood. Unfortunately the building doesn't allow pets.

The neighborhood is great and walkable in the heart of the Cobble Hill/ Carroll Gardens neighborhood! Countless restaurants/ bars/ shops a few blocks away with the F train at Bergen and Carrol 7-8 min walking distance and Citi bike station just across the street.

I've lived in many neighborhoods in BK and over my 10+ years here, this is by far my favorite, I've been in this space for a few years now and I absolutely love it! The sunsets are epic and I love how quiet it is but yet still very close to the city (20 minute or less train ride). Looking for responsible renter, looking to spend a short amount of time in NYC.
