COST:
- Price INCLUDES rent AND utilities (wifi, electric).
- CLEANING: Required is a $250 one time cleaning fee. Additional cleanings $175 per time (will organize and send our cleaning lady according to your needs)

About This Lister
Born and raised in LA, I'm a curator and founder of an experiential agency whose worked in the arts for 15+ years. I'm a Virgo so naturally keep my space well organized and clean. Will be traveling for the holidays and then work in January so looking for someone who will enjoy the place while keeping it clean.
I'll be main contact when it comes to any maintenance issues, and our housekeeper is super helpful and knows the home well.

Pets considered on a case by case scenario. (Open to well trained pets under 30 lbs with pet rent + deposit. No cats. No puppies.)
