We've lived in this apartment since 2020, and it has been a perfect home for us and our daughter, who is almost 7 years old. It is a cozy, quiet, and well-maintained apartment, and is ideal for a couple / individual / small family.

I am a product manager at Colgate-Palmolive, and my husband is a filmmaker and a film professor at Brooklyn College. We have loved our time in this apartment but are now looking to move closer to our daughter's school.

Our neighbors are lovely and this is a very friendly building in general.
