Subletting my furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Crown Heights, available October 1 through the end of December, with the possibility to extend. The apartment is a fourth floor walk-up in a small pre-war building close to the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. It is two blocks to the 2,3,4,5 trains and a short walk to the Shuttle and the C. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with lots of counter space and a dishwasher. The open living room and dining room have huge windows that look out into a backyard. The main bedroom gets great light and has a queen bed; the other bedroom is used as an office/guest room with a desk and foldable full bed. Hardwood floors throughout. $3,300 a month plus utilities, which are usually ~$100. I have some flexibility around move in/out dates. The building is small and close-knit, so I am looking a responsible, low-key tenant or couple who can be respectful of the apartment and the neighbors.
