Our bright, airy, spacious apartment is a unique find in Brooklyn. It’s a live-work home that we’ve spent the past few years lovingly shaping and furnishing. Our unit is on the fifth floor of a large building with elevators and high ceilings. The floors are hardwood, the Wi-Fi is high-speed, and the plants are green, lively, and plentiful. The apartment offers a spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom layout filled with natural light. One bedroom serves as a home office equipped with a desk, while the other has a queen-sized bed with a TV and Apple TV. You can replace the office desk with a bed if you prefer. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with A/C.

Nestled in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood, the location is surrounded by a great selection of cafés, bars, and restaurants. Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Public Library are a short walk away.

**Transportation: The apartment is only 35 minutes by train from Downtown Manhattan and Union Square, offering easy access to the heart of the city:

* 5-minute walk to Park Pl. Shuttle (S)
* 15-minute walk to Nostrand Ave. (A)

Rental requirements

To rent the space, we'll need to schedule a chat to get to know each other. We'll set up a time to meet via video call. The next step will be signing a short-term sublease agreement and making a deposit fee ($3,450) to secure the space upon signing the contract. The remaining payment will be due on the first day of each month. What you should provide:

-Government-issued photo ID of all subtenants
-Security Deposit: $3,450. Will be returned after the apartment is returned in the same condition.
-Proof of income
-2 references

Gas, heat, hot water & internet are included. Electricity will be billed monthly to the subtenant.

* PLANTS: They will need to be watered once a week.
* No smoking and No vaping
* No loud parties
* Maximum number of subtenants: 2
