This beautiful condo also features a large living/dining area, a well-equipped spacious kitchen, one bathroom (shower + tub), an abundance of closets, and large windows. This unit is on the fifth floor of a 10 story elevator building. Pet friendly!

There is a part-time doorman (8:00 am to midnight) and live-in superintendent. Paid laundry machines in the basement. Just steps from the Museum of Natural History, Central Park (very close to the Great Lawn and the Onassis Reservoir). Excellent transit (B, C MTA lines, several Citibike stations, M86 or M11 buses), lots of great restaurants, and furnished to be homey, cute, and convenient!
