Hi! We are looking to rent our apartment while we are away visiting family over the summer. This is a large two-bedroom apartment, with a full living room and separate kitchen, and great southern exposure. It's on the sixth floor of a pre-war elevator building. Nice neighbors, responsive super. Pets welcome. We have some plants but can move them out if you don't want to deal with watering them.

The first bedroom faces north and is very cool in the summer. The second bedroom faces south and has a window AC. The kitchen comes with a washer that hooks up to the sink. The living room also faces south and gets great light. The apartment has lots of closet space and three desks.

Ten minute walk from the park and the Q train as well as the 2 and 5 trains. The neighborhood is friendly and there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Two supermarkets around the corner, one a bit higher-end; laundromat also around the corner. We are renting at-cost plus a flat rate for utilities.

We'd like to rent for the longest period possible but inquiries about pro-rated shorter periods are welcome.
