Our spacious, lovely apartment is located in Prospect Park South/Lefferts Gardens. It is located a short walk from the Parkside entrace of Prospect Park, with access to excellent dining and grocery options.

Our apartment is remarkably large for New York City: about 1,000 sq feet, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dine-in kitchen, a dining room table in the large living room, two great workspaces for those who work from home, and lots of closet space.

You will enjoy easy access to public transportation with nearby subway stations, including the Q, B, and 2/5 lines, for a quick commute to Manhattan and other parts of Brooklyn.

We use the two-bedroom, as a one bedroom and an office. The office can easily transform into an additional bedroom for roommates or children, but the apartment is ideal for a work-at-home couple. The office has a loveseat with a pullout bed.

Rent includes all utilities, and there are 3 A/C units in the apartment for your use in the summer months.

About This Lister

We are an academic couple, an assistant professor and an Postdoc who have taught and lived in New York for 7 and 9 years. This is our primary apartment, and we will be going to Europe for the summer.
