Looking for a responsible subletter for our sunny kid's friendly 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on the 15th floor of a doorman/elevator building right across the street from Prospect Park!

Ideal location: 3 minutes to the Q train, 5 minutes to the B, and 15 minutes to the G.

The apartment is bright, quiet, and spacious, with beautiful views and all the essentials. The building includes a gym and friendly doormen.

We’re looking for someone kind and trustworthy who is also willing to care for our two sweet cats while we’re away. I live here with my young child, so no smoking or parties, please.

The monthly price includes all utilities and is already discounted in exchange for caring for the cats.

Dates are flexible, and I’m happy to work with the right person to make this a great fit.
