Welcome to our 1,200 square ft, two-story brick row home which features an open floor plan that flows seamlessly from the living room to the dining area and into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, farmhouse sink with brass hardware, and all the essentials—water filter, wooden cutting boards, coffee grinder, electric kettle, blenders, cast iron skillet, and a Dutch oven. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a small furnished deck and backyard. First floor also has a windowed half bath.
The home is equipped with central heating/cooling and is accessed via an electronic door lock for easy entry. One staircase leads down to the basement, which includes a workspace and laundry/storage area. The second staircase leads to the upper floor, where all three bedrooms and a full bathroom are located. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, another is set up as an office, and the front room which we share with our son is part nursery but with a queen size bed! Each bedroom includes a closet and overhead storage cleared for use. The bathroom is compact but features a tiled bathtub and a large showerhead with strong water pressure.
As new parents, we have a variety of baby gear available for use—including a Stokke high chair, Lovevery play sets, plenty of books, and Montessori-style wooden toys.
Some flexibility around the end date, possibly extending beyond end of September, but we're also open to discussing a shorter stay. We do have 3 houseplants we’d appreciate being watered weekly, but happy to continue having our friend check in on them if this a deal breaker. Being our home and dear to us, we hope to find a tenant who can maintain a similar level of cleanliness and care for the place. Feel free to reach out with any questions—we’ve rented to and from the LP community for years and always had a great experience.
I (33 yo she/her) met my husband (40 yo he/him) in Delhi, India while I was working for a textile company. We both work in the fashion production industry and travel regularly to India, where my husband is from. We welcomed our son in June 2024 and are eager to bring him to India to meet his large extended family. Our family loves good food, music, travel and nerding out about traditional textiles and art :-)
