This is my sanctuary in Brooklyn. A bright, airy loft located steps from Domino Park and the waterfront. The apartment is my home so really looking for someone who wants somewhere cozy to return home to. This is an old family owned building so late-night noise won't be very welcome- if that's what you're looking for no prob but this isn't the right space.

The apartment features an open layout with a cozy bedroom area, a generous work desk, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space that flows naturally into the living area. There’s a washer/dryer and dishwasher in-unit for convenience.

Set in a classic brick building full of charm and history, the loft sits on the 4th floor (3rd floor by European count) with beautiful exposed beams, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Please note there’s no elevator.

You’ll be close to the best of Williamsburg — local cafes, boutiques, and subway connections to Manhattan all within walking distance.
Available for dates from Nov 25 through Dec 31 but flexible. If you would be interested in less than a month just let me know your ideal dates!
