I am looking to sublet my beloved apartment while I am traveling for the next month-ish. My travel dates are flexible, starting on around April first through the month and possible into May.

The apartment is on the first floor, so no walkup or elevator. The apartment light and airy with high ceilings, plants and lots of space to lounge and work. The bed is full size, with a clothing rack and bins to accommodate your clothing, etc. The apartment has private access to a spacious backyard. Bedroom and living room each have Windmill ACs.
Other amenities include:
-high speed internet/wifi
-full kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker)

The building is clean and quiet. Please be courteous of other neighbors in the building (ie no parties, loud music or smoking indoors).

The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to the Morgan L train so it's very convenient. There is also a bus stop around the corner.

There are so many amazing coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. I'm happy to recommend my favorite places if you want suggestions! Maria Hernandez Park is a 5 minute walk from the building.

Looking for a single person or couple to sublet.
Please note I have a dog! I keep my apartment very clean but if you are allergic it might not be an option for you. I will have the apartment professionally cleaned before you arrive!
