- price does not include cleaning fee, please take care of cleaning and leave everything as you find it

LOCATION:
- border of Bushwick and Bedstuy - residential street, quiet side of bushwick :) and great neighbors (in the building and on the same street)
- 5-min walk to JMZ train at Myrtle/Broadway stop
- 20-min walk to L train at Morgan or Jefferson stop
- 20-min to Manhattan
- can send recommendations for our fav restaurants, cafes, bars, vintage shops, record stores, parks, etc -- plenty!!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- respectful, and peaceful individual or a couple that will enjoy and take good care of our home and our plants while we're away :)
- ideally minimum 1 month stay
- 3,500/month - price including all utilities

About This Lister

My partner and I have been in NYC for over 10 years — I'm an architect, and my partner is a product designer. We've been in this condo for the past 3 years, it's a friendly, tight-knit group, and everyone takes great care of the space. We're only subletting while we're away traveling :)
