+ A/C and heat (the office space does not have it right now but everywhere else does)
LEASE DETAILS:
+ lease is month-to-month (looking for someone who can stay until at least December 2025)
+ pets welcome with a fee (per landlord's policy)

Lister's Relationship to the Space
I am the current tenantRental requirements
• First month’s rent + security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) required at move-in
• You’ll be added to the lease with me (month-to-month) and we will split utilities 50/50
• Looking for someone who can commit through at least December
Pets Policy
I believe we can have pets for an additional fee. I need to check with my landlord.
