The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a walkup building on Riverside Drive, at the height of 143rd street. Very close to 145th st stop on the 1 train and many other businesses and forms of transport only a block away on Broadway.

Rental period begins on June 4th 2026 and is open-ended in terms of duration, but the owner prefers long-term (minimum one year).

I am posting on behalf of the owner, who is a friend and neighbor of mine. The owner of the apartment is an elderly lady who has lived in the apartment for over 25 years; and has always taken excellent care of it.

She is very kind, welcoming, and respectful; happy to share the space with others, which she has also been doing for years.
