Our apartment is situated in top two floors of historic brownstone on residential street. Close to Herbert Von King park, Bedford/Nostrand G and Kingston/Throop C trains and restaurants, cafes etc on Tompkins ave.

The apartment can accommodate a family and/or working artists with ample space, rooms and sunlight.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and office.

This is our family brownstone and we will be traveling over the summer so this is a short term sublet only. Our dates range somewhere between July 1st and August 15th and our somewhat flexible
