This is a two-bedroom, duplex apartment on the 5th floor with an elevator. The upstairs level is available for sublet. A spiral staircase leads up to a quiet, meditative nook and then into a spacious private bedroom that would be yours. The large bedroom comes furnished.

Neighborhood

I love living in Crown Heights. Fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and bars are just one block away. The Brooklyn Museum is nearby, Prospect Park is a 10–12 minute walk, and my favorite, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, is about 10 minutes away. Laundry and grocery options are right around the corner.
